At Kaldi's Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on equipment and exchanges for coffee beans within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange to receive a return authorization.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging. For coffee quality concerns, please include the roast date and batch number found on the bag.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement beans immediately.
