How long does it take for my coffee to ship after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
Can I return coffee beans if I don't like the flavor?
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact us for a replacement.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile.
